Return Window
Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of an in-store purchase or delivery of an online order.

Return Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Sale Items
All discounted, accessories, jewelry, seasonal and sale items are final sale—no returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

Refunds and Exchanges
Store credit and exchanges only.  Approved returns will be processed after the item is inspected. Exchanges depend on availability.

Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for shipping charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
